New FEATS Web site launched

It’s taken longer than planned, and some bits of it are still not yet in place; but the new FEATS Web site is finally on line. The previous Web site had changed in appearance several times, but structurally it was very much the same as when it was set up. Now it has a brand new content management system to make updating simpler and to help future-proof the content.
