FEATS awards 2012

First place: the Founders’ Trophy   Entity Theatre with Three Nights with Madox by by Matei ViČ™niec
Second place: the ECC Centennial Cup   Theater De Waanzin with Juliet Project adapted by Jennifer Crooks
Third place: the BATS Trophy   CATS with Pride at Southanger Park by Rupert Bean
Best actor: Blackie Award   Daniel Holzberg (Entity Theatre)
Best actress: Blackie Award   Anne Wollstein (Entity Theatre)
Best stage presentation: the Grand Duchy Trophy   CATS with Pride at Southanger Park by Rupert Bean
Stage management: the Marcel Huhn/Bruno Boeye Memorial Award   ECC with A Dog’s Life by Pam Valentine
Best original script: the DAW Verulam Award   Mike Riepl (FEST) for The Devil with the Three Golden Hairs
The Don Luscombe Discretionary Award   GEDS for Comic Potential by Alan Ayckbourn

In the FEATlets festival, open to groups of young people, prizes were awarded as follows:

  • Best play: Coma by the Košice Drama Club
  • Best individual performance: Susanna Komokova of Košice Drama Club in Coma
  • Original script: Objection by the Da Vinci International School, Antwerp
  • Adjudicator’s award: the cast of Bassett (TIE – Waterloo Seniors) for the rape scene and final moments
  • Technical award: Bassett (TIE – Waterloo Seniors)
